He died on 11 December 1661 in Wells, York (Maine) County, the Massachusetts Bay Colony, which at that time was part of the of the New England Confederation.

     Annis Austin was born before 2 February 1596/97 in Devonshire, England. She was christened on 2 February 1596/97 in Devonshire, England. She also went by the name of Agnes. She married Edmund Littlefield on 16 October 1614. Annis was present at Anthony Littlefield's christening on 7 October 1621 in Titchfield, Hampshire, England. She died circa 1678 in Wells, York (Maine) County, the Massachusetts Bay Colony, which at that time was part of the of the New England Confederation.

     Anthony Littlefield was born before 7 October 1621 in Titchfield, Hampshire, England. He was christened on 7 October 1621 in Titchfield, Hampshire, England. He was the son of Edmund Littlefield and Annis Austin. He married Mary Page in 1652. He died in 1663 in Kennebunk, (Maine) County, the Massachusetts Bay Colony, which at that time was part of the of the New England Confederation.

     Mary Page was born before 1637. She married Anthony Littlefield, son of Edmund Littlefield and Annis Austin, in 1652. She died in Saco, York County, Maine Colony. Mary resided in Saco, Maine.

     Elizabeth Mott was born before 1675 in New England. She married Edmund Littlefield, son of Anthony Littlefield and Mary Page, on 30 December 1691. Her husband Edmund died on 9 April 1718. She died before 18 January 1725 in Winchester St Faith, Hampshire County, the New Hampshire.² She was buried on 18 January 1725 in Winchester St Faith, Hampshire county, New Hampshire.²

     Nathaniel Littlefield was born on 6 April 1691 in Braintree, Suffolk (now Norfolk) County, the Massachusetts Bay Colony. He was the son of Edmund Littlefield and Elizabeth Mott. He married Abigail Spear on 18 December 1718. His wife Abigail died circa 1721. He married Deborah Thayer circa 1723. He died on 20 May 1757 in Braintree, Suffolk (now Norfolk) County, the Massachusetts Bay Colony, which at that time was part of the of the Province of Massachusetts Bay.

     Abigail Spear was born on 7 November 1695. She married Nathaniel Littlefield, son of Edmund Littlefield and Elizabeth Mott, on 18 December 1718. She died circa 1721. Abigail's last child was born 11 Feb 1721.

     Deborah Thayer was born in the Massachusetts Bay Colony. She married Nathaniel Littlefield, son of Edmund Littlefield and Elizabeth Mott, circa 1723.

     Edmund Littlefield was born on 3 April 1724 in Braintree, Suffolk (now Norfolk) County, the Massachusetts Bay Colony, which at that time was part of the of the Province of Massachusetts Bay. He was the son of Nathaniel Littlefield and Deborah Thayer. He married Mary Caswell on 6 October 1750 in Weymouth, Norfolk County, the Massachusetts Bay Colony, which at that time was part of the of the Province of Massachusetts Bay. His wife Mary died after 1775. He died on 28 August 1806 in Halifax, Windham County, Vermont. This Edmond Littlefield served in the Revolution.

     Mary Caswell was born before 1735. She married Edmund Littlefield, son of Nathaniel Littlefield and Deborah Thayer, on 6 October 1750 in Weymouth, Norfolk County, the Massachusetts Bay Colony, which at that time was part of the of the Province of Massachusetts Bay. She died after 1775 in Halifax, Windham County, Vermont.

     Edmund Littlefield was born on 2 February 1755 in Colrain, Franklin County, the Massachusetts Bay Colony, which at that time was part of the of the Province of Massachusetts Bay. He was the son of Edmund Littlefield and Mary Caswell. He married Susannah Brown before 1790. He died on 28 August 1805 in Colrain, Franklin County, Massachusetts.

He was taxed in Stoughton, MA from 1777 to 1783. On the Lexington Alarm of the 17th of April 1775, he marched in Captain Peter Talbots company and was credited with 40 miles travel and four days services. In the year 1783 he moved to western Massachusetts, Hampshire County, where he married Susannah Brown. He founded and served as the pastor of the Second Baptist Church of Colerain. On the 15th of August 1793 he received a call from the Baptist Church of Halifax, Vermont to become their pastor. On February 2nd 1805 he sold his land in Guilford, Vermont, and moved to Ellisburg, Jefferson County, New York, where he purchased lots 50 and 58 of the Constable estate. His estate was appraised, in 1806, at $1598. In 1831 two of his sons, Ozias and Royal, graduated from Union College, New York. The balance of his family moved, about 1832, to Pretty Prairie (now LaGrange) Indiana.

     Susannah Brown was born on 4 January 1763 in New England. She married Edmund Littlefield, son of Edmund Littlefield and Mary Caswell, before 1790. Her husband Edmund died on 28 August 1805. She died in August 1853.
