      Anne Pernile Helsem was also known as Anna Helsom.2,5 She married John Dahl. Anne Pernile Helsem was born in 1857 in Stranda, Møre og Romsdal, Norway.2,4 She was the daughter of Petter Bastian Rasmusson Helsem and Karen Maria Pedersdatter Sletvoll. She died before 1921.6 Anna lived in Portland, Oregon during 1911.

     Lars Andreas Helsem was born in 1868 in Stranda, Møre og Romsdal, Norway.2 He was the son of Petter Bastian Rasmusson Helsem and Karen Maria Pedersdatter Sletvoll.3 As of 1871, Lars Andreas Helsem was also known as Andrew Helsom.4

This is undoubtedly the L.A. Helsom of Tacoma, Washington noted in Karen Maria's obituary in the 2 March 1911 edition of the Dunn County News.
