     Austin Moses Parsell was born on 1 November 1855 in Jackson Twp, Steuben County, Indiana. He was the son of Abijah Dunnell Parsell and Tobiathy Jane Alcott. He married Mary Adeline Weicht on 30 January 1878 in Jackson Twp, Steuben County, Indiana. He died on 22 July 1927 in Jackson Twp, Steuben County, Indiana. At one time Austin was Sherrif of Steuben County.

     Frank Golden was born on 12 November 1862 in Indiana.3 He was the son of George W. Golden and Adelpha A. Cleaveland. He married Jennie Brown circa 1883.4 He died on 31 July 1911. He was buried in Section B, Lot 38, Flint Cemetery in Flint, Steuben county, Indiana.

Frank and Jennie had one child, Bart, who married Delia Thompson. They had at least three children, Bart Jr., born in 1927, and two girls, in 1990 known as a Mrs. Buck and Mrs. Austin.
