There is a (unique) record for a Sanfiord Blaisdell in the civil war records, showing him to be a musician in company I of the 60th Regiment, New York Infantry.      Jessie Mae Pease was born on 7 September 1888 in Richmond Twp, Macomb County, Michigan. She was the daughter of George Lincoln Pease and Carrie Elizabeth Chase. She married Lewis William Devoe on 25 July 1913 in Hersey, Osceola County, Michigan.1 She died on 18 February 1982 in Reed City, Osceola County, Michigan.

Jessie Mae Pease was a school teacher until her marriage. She went to Normal School in Evart. She lived (1982) in a small house in Holdenville, about a mile north of Reed City. She belonged to the order of the Eastern Star.
