     Mary Abbe was born on 16 September 1684.2 She married James Pease, son of Captain John Pease and Margaret Adams, in 1710.1 There is stated, in the Abbe-Abbey Genealogy3, in reference to Mary Abbe b. February 4, 1688, that "Many family and published records have wrongly stated that Mary, daughter of Thomas and Sarah, m. James Pease. Her cousin Mary, b. September 16, 1684, daughter of John and Hannah ( ) Abbe, was the one who m. James Pease."

He married Abigail Ford on 16 October 1737 in Somers, Tolland County, the Connecticut Colony.1,3 He died in 1760 in Somers, Tolland County, the Connecticut Colony.
