BENNER--On August 20th, 1907, in Richland township, Bucks Co., Pa., Ellamina, wife of John R. Benner, aged 64 years, 6 months and 9 days. She was a daughter of John Landis and his wife Hannah (nee Moyer). She was born in Richland township, Bucks County, Pa., on the 11th day of February, 1843. She was married September 23, 1865, by Rev. L. Groh. This union was blessed with four sons and three daughters. She lived to see twenty grandchildren of whom four died. She was received as a member of the Lutheran church, by the Rev. Jos. Hillpot on the 21st day of March 1875. Her sickness was heart failure and she was sick two weeks. Husband, four sons, three daughters, sixteen grandchildren, four brothers and one sister survive. Four brothers and two sisters died. Interment at St. John's Richlandtown, on the 24th day of August, 1907.
