Sept. 24, 1804;dau. of Christian; farmer in Manheim Twp., 5 mi. n. of Lancaster, where Lehn's Brethren Church now is; recived his farm, 140 acres, from his father, Oct 1, 1768, later bought other land, one farm in Leacock Twp., on which son Jonathan afterward moved; doubtless B.; buried at Lehn's; estate settled by sons, Abraham, Phillip and Jonathan, who were likely the oldest;* 5 ch., all sons:

CONDITIONS OF SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY OF III. PHILIP ROYER

The condition of this present and public vendue is such, the highest bidder is to be the buyer, every article or articles in the value of twenty shillings or under shall be three months' credit; notes or bonds with good security must be given by the purchasers if required. Any person or persons buying any article or articles and cannot give their notes or bonds with good security if required must return the goods to the buyer before the sale is over and pay twenty five percent. For disappointment of sale, or otherwise stand gainer or looser at the second sale- the executors take liberty to bid as any other persons.

IV. BENJAMIN ROYER, p. 20, married Annie Hallacher,(*) b. Mar. 26, 1767 (1769 on tombstone); d. Aug. 29, 1856. He was a farmer, if not on his father's farm, near it. They are buried in Lehn's cemetery near by. He had two sons and three daughters, if I am rightly informed.

V. BENJAMIN H. ROYER, p. 124, was married twice. His first wife was Mary Landis, b. Sept. 28, 1805; d. Mar. 8, 1839. His second wife was Elizabeth Graybill. He was a farmer near Neffsville, Lanc. Co. He had one son and four daughters by his first wife; and three sons and two daughters by his second wife:
